MemoArc's launch trust stance is clear: private archive surfaces are not ad inventory. Paid plans and carefully labeled partnerships may support the product without using private memories for targeting.
Private archive surfaces
- No targeted ads inside private memory archives.
- No sale of private archive data.
- No sharing of private memories with sponsors or ad networks.
- No AI training on private memories without explicit consent.
Public and community placements
If MemoArc uses sponsorships or promotional placements in public/community areas, they should be clearly labeled, contextual, and separated from private archive content.
Partner data boundaries
- Partners should not receive private memories, private messages, precise private archive locations, payment information, or account credentials.
- Aggregated product metrics may be used to understand performance, but not to expose private archive content.
- Users should be able to report confusing or inappropriate placements.
Current consent posture
MemoArc's cookie consent flow currently offers essential cookies and optional analytics. It does not ask users to enable targeted advertising cookies for private archive use.
