Apply first, confirm billing after approval

Start with a reviewed launch plan.

Before a city or company pays, MemoArc reviews the fit and confirms the account type, city/place scope, first story, content rights, billing owner, selected plan, launch price, and what a strong first launch should look like.

Simple promise

We help you start with one clear official presence, one useful story, and one discovery goal. Early approved partners can use a manual invoice path until online checkout is ready.

Application review

We confirm the city, company, or destination has a real place story that helps MemoArc users.

First launch plan

We choose one place, one owner, one starter story, one discovery goal, and the right first plan.

Rights and contacts

Archive media, public contributions, promotions, and local facts need a clear contact for rights, takedowns, and corrections.

Billing after approval

Billing is confirmed after approval. Early partners can use a manual invoice path until online checkout is ready.

Starter pricing

Small companies can start from €136/year (1 490 kr). City launches can start from €900/year (9 900 kr). Start focused, build a useful first presence, then expand the archive, campaigns, team seats, and storage when it makes sense.

What we need to start a first launch

Most first launches do not need a huge package. MemoArc works best when we start with a small, trustworthy archive story and a focused discovery goal.

Simple starting scope

1 owner, 1 story to launch with, 1 discovery goal, and a small first archive set is enough to begin.

Always send first

  • Organization name, website, and public contact email
  • City, country, and the place users should discover first
  • Short description of what you want visitors or locals to understand
  • One first-launch goal: archive launch, visitor discovery, local storytelling, or campaigns

City archive setup

  • Who owns the archive rights for city photos, documents, or media
  • 10 to 30 starter items for the first city archive timeline
  • Priority local categories: museums, beaches, restaurants, sightseeing, camping, or nature
  • A review contact for contribution campaigns, takedowns, and corrections

Company archive setup

  • The destination type: museum, hotel, venue, restaurant, attraction, or local brand
  • 5 to 15 starter media items for the first archive story or collection
  • Any active event, promotion, or seasonal story worth featuring first
  • The staff owner who will manage billing, publishing, and approvals

1. Pick the place

Choose the city, venue, or destination page that should anchor the first launch.

2. Bring the first archive set

Start with a small polished set instead of trying to upload everything at once.

3. Launch one useful story

One city guide, campaign, collection, or official story is enough to prove value.

Tell us about your place or organization

Best first message: tell us whether you are a city, museum, tourism team, restaurant, hotel, venue, or other local destination. Include the place name, your city, what you want users to discover first, and what archive material or stories you already have. MemoArc reviews scope, rights, owner contact, billing owner, launch goal, and selected plan or add-on before any payment step.

What happens next

  1. 1We review fit first: place relevance, archive value, and whether the first launch feels useful for MemoArc users.
  2. 2If there is a fit, we confirm the account type, verification path, starter content scope, and first discovery goal.
  3. 3Payment comes after approval. If online checkout is not ready yet, we share the next payment step manually.
  4. 4Early launches should stay small, fast, and easy to understand. One place, one story, one useful launch is enough.
